JOB DESCRIPTION
KPMG is searching for an intern who has experience in event content writing for a technical symposium as part of a KPMG engagement with a client.
Objectives of this role
Help the engagement team with the creation, optimization, and management of content across various platforms to drive engagement towards the project objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support preparing articles pre- and post-event
- Collaborate with the engagement team and design team to plan and develop site content, style and layout
- Edit, proofread and improve those posts
- Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platfoms to increase web traffic. Make content more discoverable and easier to navigate
- Develop an editorial calendar
- Stay up-to-date to refresh / repost news upon the posting schedule
- Supporting reporting processes
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in hospitality or event planning or related field.
- Proven success in event planning or coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
