COMPANY INTRODUCTION
The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS-VN) operates three programs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Canadian International School System – Vietnam (CISS-VN) consists of:
1. The Canadian International School (CIS) serving Kindergarten – Grade 12 students where the Ontario curriculum is taught. The IB Diploma Program is also offered to students in Grades 11 & 12.
2. The Canadian International School – Bilingual Program (BCIS) delivers the Vietnamese National Curriculum, from kindergarten to Grade 12 and the ESL program which is tailored to meet the needs for English language fluency. BCIS also offers students with 2 pathways in secondary (from Grade 9 to Grade 12): MOET high school diploma or IGCSE for A Levels.
3. The Albert Einstein School (AES) now offers education from Early Years (3 years) to Grade 12 (18 years). The program will be the Vietnamese curriculum from Early Years to the National Diploma and provide an international pathway from Grade 11 studying the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE Australia).
4. Canada-Vietnam Kindergarten (CVK): CVK’s philosophy encourage young students to be curious, capable and active citizens on a journey where the seeds are planted for a lifetime love of learning

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Canadian International School (CIS) is looking for potential candidates for the position of Marketing Intern with the following details:
- Keeping advertising, social media posts, other online content schedule up to date
- Create and write social media, webite, and off-printing content.
- Assist with the half termly newsletter.
- Manage social media and parent portal news feed.
- Assist the graphic design and edit short clips using Canva and Capcut or anything relatives.
- Running and contact point open days, events, and workshop for the school
- CMS- updating websites.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Passionate about the content creation and event organization
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs Business Suite, and other Office software that may apply in the future.
- Ability to multitask and time manage.
- Ability to stay flexible and adaptable.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Have strong interpersonal skills that complement a proactive, solution-driven, team-oriented work ethic.
- Ability to work untraditional hours including weekends, evenings, and some holidays.
