The Role

The Engagement Marketing Associate position at Intellect is a pivotal role within our marketing team, where you will be instrumental in partnering with the Client Success team to drive awareness and utilisation of Intellect’s services through the implementation of our engagement playbook, management of customer needs and customisations, oversight of resource hubs, and creation of engagement collateral. Your responsibilities will extend to crafting tailored communications for key accounts, driving localisation efforts in key markets, and facilitating the translation of complex product updates for end-user understanding.

You are ideally someone who is creative, resourceful, skilled in managing multiple workstreams, and collaborative. You will be at the forefront of delivering success alongside our Client Success team by owning the communications and engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

Client Communications Ownership:

  • Enable the seamless rollout of the client communications playbook, taking ownership of client-facing and internal-facing resource hubs for a diverse client base.
  • Craft personalised communications for high-value clients, collaborating with Customer Success on the design and writing of materials.
  • Establish and maintain a feedback loop with Client Success to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and to tailor communications based on their evolving needs.
  • Prioritise localisation efforts for key markets across various collaterals to ensure effective communication tailored to regional needs.

Team Collateral Support:

  • Provide comprehensive support, including basic design, for team collaterals, including microsites, EDMs, lifecycle CRM, and product communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand strategy.

Product Marketing:

  • Translate complex product updates into clear and impactful messaging for both clients and end-users in the post-sales phase, facilitating understanding and adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Customer Success teams to develop training materials and resources that enhance end-user adoption of new features.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of engagement marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to drive user interaction and participation.
  • Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights to optimise future engagement strategies.
  • Experiment with new ideas and approaches to enhance the effectiveness of engagement marketing strategies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of marketing or relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for understanding user behaviour and crafting relatable communications and collateral for various channels.
  • Basic design skills, with familiarity of tools like Canva and Figma preferred.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality and impactful marketing materials.
  • Creative, resourceful, and proactive mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to read and write Bahasa Melayu or Vietnamese is a plus.
  • Experience in localisation and understanding cultural nuances across the APAC region is a plus.
